Description
This Bluefaced Leicester wool in oatmeal colour has been spun on the Isle of Skye by Anne. The wool comes from the Bluefaced Leicester sheep breed and is undyed. It has been carded with silk to produce a more luxurious blend. It has been spun super chunky weight and is soft and cosy.
This wool can be knitted or crocheted for hats, scarves, mitts or sweaters/ jackets. It can be used for fancy weaving such as wall hangings and but is not really suitable for rugs.
It can be worked on large needles (10 to 12mm) or crochet hook (10 to 15mm)
Meterage is 75m to 100g.
