Description
This Skyeline Sweater is made from local Hebridean wool with yoke of red, hand blended British wool and a cream wool stripe. The Hebridean wool comes from a small herd of Hebridean sheep who live at Breakish on the Isle of Skye. This dark brown yarn is the natural colour of the sheep and is knitted in stocking stitch. The yoke design is knitted in moss stitch to give a textured finish.
The fit of our sweaters:
We measure the sweater laid flat. The chest measurement is the exact measurement of the sweater around the chest so you will need to allow approximately 5cm ‘ease’ from your chest measurement to the sweater measurement or more if you like a more generous fit.
The sleeve measurement is measured underarm from the armpit to the end of the cuff.
The length of the sweater is measured from the bottom of the collar to the bottom of the hem at the back of the sweater.
You may wish to measure a favourite well fitting sweater / jacket of your own to give you an idea of the size that you need.
